WE WILL BE USING DAR JAGUAR’S 6 SAFETY STEPS IN ALL AREAS OF THE RIAD’S OPERATION

1. Carrying out full Staff Training
2. Adhering to Government guidelines for physical distancing
3. Putting in place stringent hygiene measures, including the use of sanitiser in all bedrooms between guests and all public areas
4. Providing hand sanitiser for staff and guests at every possible opportunity
5. Minimising contact between staff and guests at every possible opportunity
6. Face Coverings/Masks are required for guests and staff in public spaces

DAR JAGUAR IS PERFECTLY APPOINTED TO OFFER MAXIMUM SAFETY

Dar Jaguar is perfectly appointed to offer maximum safety and social distancing to its guests. There are virtually no enclosed communal spaces and much of life is lived in the open air – from our courtyard to our roof top. Our dining room and facilities are for our resident guests only, with no external members of the public allowed inside the riad unless formally approved. Social distancing measures will be observed throughout to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.

As part of that commitment, we have also implemented the following measures:

• All our staff have been trained about Covid-19, how it spreads and how to contain it
• Hand washing stations have been installed at the main hotel entrance and on the rooftop terrace
• The exterior of your luggage will be disinfected before being taken up to your room
• Your room will be cleaned and aired twice a day
• Complimentary hand sanitiser / hand gel will be available throughout the riad and in your room
• All staff will have their temperature checked at the start of their working day
• We will follow Moroccan government guidelines on the use of facemasks
• Hotel guests will have exclusive access to our facilities, with social distancing measures in place
• All contact points – e.g. door handles, public rest rooms & table tops – will be regularly disinfected throughout the day
• We will be offering residents the option of a residents-only service at lunch and dinner
