TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY

  •  100% payment is required in order to secure a room booking at Dar Jaguar. Bookings are non-refundable. For special terms for large and multiple bookings please enquire further.
  •  Exclusive Hire Riad bookings require 100% full payment at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable. For special payment terms for large and multiple bookings please enquire further.
  •  Check in is at 2pm. Check out is at 11am. Early check in and late check out by arrangement only. Luggage may be left in storage by special arrangement.
  •  A surcharge of 20% of the room rate may be added to rooms booked for a single night.
  •  Certain rooms can have a cot added by special arrangement.
  •  An extra single bed can be accommodated in The State of Grace and Gossamer Wings only at a surcharge from 45 EUROS per night, including breakfast.
  •  Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card via our secure online credit card system (subject to handling fees).
  •  No further discounts or offers apply on packages unless otherwise stated. Permissible Promotional Vouchers are ONE per booking only.
  •  Please note, guests are not permitted to bring in food or drinks from outside into Dar Jaguar.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  •  Unless otherwise stated all Bookings are Non-refundable.
  •  Whole Riad and Event bookings: A minimum notice of four months is required for cancellation, when a pre-agreed proportional refund may be possible, subject to our sole discretion.
  •  A reasonable administration charge may be added for those booking amendments that have been agreed. Dar Jaguar cannot be responsible for fluctuating or third party currency exchange rates.
  •  Finding a cheaper room rate subsequent to booking at Dar Jaguar, be that via Dar Jaguar directly or a third party, will not be accepted as a reason for a refund or reduction.
  •  Please always ensure that you have adequate Travel Insurance. Dar Jaguar is not responsible for flight or travel cancellations and delays by third parties.

 

YOUR DATA WITH US, PRIVACY POLICY

  •  We only collect, store and use guest information to facilitate your stay with us, we do not share this with any third parties.
  •  We do not store or retain guest’s credit card details or any other financial information.
  •  The images and content on this website are the property of Dar Jaguar.
